Dharma was 22 when a 30 year old month drenched her face in acid because his marriage proposal was rejected
Now she told now she was tortured to accept proposal she was built by her her twisted attackers but the spectators stood numb and ignored her horrified screams and fled instead of succouring her. She kept screaming for help but none stepped forth. Within seconds she lost her beautiful face and was left behind needing 11-12 surgeries. She could now feel her flesh melting. Craved for medical ailment but none supported. She was struggling for 2-3 hours but then Devi a beautiful soul took her to hospital , fulfilled her cravings but then it was too late!
Devi then took in charge of her needs and wants she could not resist doing so!
All these questions arose for me.
But why did she do all these things for her
Who was Dharma to Devi ?
Well, Devi is one of the victim all acid attacks and the co-founder of Mahila Surakshith Kendriya.
After months of treatment Dharma satred wearing Burkha to hide all her scars but her eyes revealed every pain that she was going through.
She was wearing a smile to hide her feelings but none could see her pain behind that huge smile under Burkha.
Thus this became a dilemma.
Now after years,A beautiful burkha attired lady with scars carved on her body started a new life,new journey in this entirely new environment.
Dharma Reborned.
